Description

In 2022, the province of South Holland issued a call for tenders for the supply of software and services. The framework agreement concluded at that time will reach its maximum value at the end of 2026 and will therefore expire. The Province of South Holland uses a large number of software packages to deliver its services. For the supply of software licences or subscriptions, SaaS, support and maintenance for this software or solutions, and for the supply of additional licences, the Contracting Authority has entered into various agreements with suppliers of these products and/or services. With a view to ensuring the lawful continuation of services and safeguarding continuity, it has been decided to put this Contract out to tender at European level and to award one (1) Contract
