Description
Repair services involving docking at the R/M COVURLUI vessel, in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender specifications – Section II of the tender documentation. The deadline for receiving requests for clarification of the tender documentation from potential bidders: the 20th day prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 12th day prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 29(3) of the Annex to Government Decision No 394/2016, the contracting authority shall respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the aforementioned deadline.
