Through this tender, Texel Municipal Council wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a single supplier to ensure that its IT resource (software) requirements can be met quickly and in accordance with the law over the next four years, with the option to extend this period by four one-year terms. The Municipality of Texel currently uses various standard applications. For the classification and definition of standard software, the municipality aligns with GEMMA domains and policy domains, which are also subdivided into the seven function groups listed below: 1.
