The subject of the contract is the winter and summer maintenance of the street areas, squares, parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, harbour and property yard areas of the city centre of Mikkeli, as well as the street areas and street green areas under the management of the properties. The districts concerned are Kaukola, Kalevankangas (partly), Kirjala, Maunuksela, Nuijamies and Savilahti. The duration of the regional contract is 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2031 plus possible option years 1.10.2031-30.9.2032 and 1.10.2032-30.9.2033. The aim of the contractor is to achieve a cost-effective solution. The areas covered by the contract are shown and delimited on the work area maps.
