Thurrock Floating Support Service - Mental Health and Learning Disabilities

Description

The Authority’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a floating support service to residents of Thurrock with poor mental health and/or a learning disability. The service provides short term support (up to two years) supporting Thurrock residents with fluctuating needs, enabling them to live independently. The support is community based and focuses on prevention, supporting people to remain in their homes and preventing homelessness wherever possible.
