Description

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the installation of new boilers and associated mechanical and electrical works at Hafan Deg, Temple Terrace, Lampeter. The works will include the removal of existing equipment, supply and installation of new energy-efficient boiler systems, associated pipework, controls and commissioning. The successful contractor will be required to deliver the works in accordance with all relevant legislation and industry standards, while minimising disruption to building users and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the project. The estimated duration of the contract will be 6 Weeks. Bydd yn ofynnol i’r contractwr llwyddiannus gyflawni’r gwaith yn unol â’r holl ddeddfwriaeth berthnasol a safonau’r diwydiant, gan leihau aflonyddwch i ddefnyddwyr yr adeilad gymaint â phosibl a sicrhau amgylchedd gwaith diogel drwy gydol y prosiect.
