EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Description

SettleParadigm wishes to appoint an external auditor to undertake the statutory annual financial external audit of the group and its subsidiaries. The intention is to commence with the year ending 31 March 2027 for a period of three years with an option to extend for up to two more years on a plus one basis (i.e. 3 years + 1 year + 1 year). For clarity, the maximum duration of the contract will be to complete the audit for year ending 31 March 2031 if both options to extend are taken. The scope of Services to be delivered under the Contract will be to undertake the external audit of the Group and its subsidiaries in line with current auditing standards and to opine on the statutory financial statements of the Group and subsidiaries that will be published on our website and submitted to the Regulator of Social Housing, our funders and investors.
