Description
The purpose of the contract is the execution of the following works, subject to the provisions of the technical specifications: the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for the heating, electricity, air conditioning, ACS, fire installations, generators and UPS of the municipal buildings in the municipality of Majadahonda de Madrid. The scope of these comprehensive maintenance services includes technical-legal, preventive, corrective, predictive and opportune maintenance services for the installations and equipment located in the Public Buildings and Municipal buildings. The work to be carried out and the characteristics of the service, on the installations of the municipal buildings and facilities, are listed in the PPT.
