Poland – Cleaning services – Cleaning of the premises and outdoor areas of the ZUS Branch in Biłgoraj and its subordinate local offices

Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of professional cleaning services at the premises of the Biłgoraj Branch of the Social Insurance Institution and its subordinate local offices. The service must be carried out efficiently, diligently and on time, taking into account the needs reported by the users of the premises. 2. The cleaning service will comprise the following activities: 2.1. maintaining cleanliness within the Institution’s premises; 2.2. keeping the outdoor areas on the premises adjacent to the Institution’s buildings clean; 2.3. cleaning windows in the buildings; 2.4. clearing snow from the roofs of the buildings; 2.5. carrying out disinfection; 2.6. cleaning gutters and clearing downpipes of debris and leaves; 2.7. supplying the materials necessary to carry out the service and providing the required technical equipment. 3.
