Description
This consultation concerns the supply of system, client/server and office software – either as complete products or licences – as well as pre-sales consultancy and support services to meet the requirements of the Pas-de-Calais Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS). Pursuant to Article L.2125-1 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation will result in a framework agreement, without allocation of lots, with no minimum value but with a maximum value. The contract value for the initial contract and for each renewal is limited to €500,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is €250,000.00 over 12 months. This is a single-supplier framework agreement for supplies, without re-tendering, which will be performed as and when required through the issue of purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles
