Description

The Municipality of Utrecht wishes to enter into a service agreement for the supply, implementation, management and maintenance of a SaaS solution for a portal to support activities relating to debt counselling (SHV). The application to be supplied is a standalone module that can be easily integrated with other applications and from which data can be extracted. The agreement will initially run for three years and four months, with options to extend it three times for one year each. The initial period includes the implementation period. The implementation period will commence immediately upon the service agreement coming into force and will last for a maximum of 4 months.
