The purpose of the contract is to carry out all the specific and necessary activities required for the maintenance and support of Aljarafesa’s ERP management system (hereinafter ‘ERP’), based on the Oracle JD Edwards 9.2 technology platform. This service will cover all maintenance tasks required to meet any needs that may arise for Aljarafesa in relation to the ERP, including the provision of new modules and the necessary capacity to ensure the system’s full functionality and correct operation.
