Background Harstad municipality needs a framework agreement for moving services that cover continuous and varied moving needs across units. The need arises particularly with frequent moves in municipal residences, settlements and relocation under the auspices of the Unit for integration, the Unit for Life Management and Nav, as well as reorganisations with office moving. The aim is to ensure sufficient capacity and uniform execution, so that moving assignments are carried out safely and efficiently, with careful management of fixtures, equipment and any sensitive content. The framework agreement shall simplify ordering and coordination and reduce administrative load and risk. Description of the assignment The procurement is for a framework agreement for moving services to Harstad municipality. The assignments will vary in type, extent and complexity and can include municipal residences, office premises, nursing homes and other institutions, as well as schools and nurseries. The framework agreement shall cover carrying and transport and it can include packing, marking, unpacking, handling goods, disassembly and assembly. The assignment can also include clearing, including waste management and source sorting. The services shall be provided with the necessary security and gentle handling of household appliances, fixtures, ICT equipment and other content. Tenders can be submitted for (1) removal services and (2) removal services, including washing out (moving wash). 3 parallel framework agreements will be signed, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The tenderers will be ranked in accordance with the outcome of the competition. Tenderers who are ranked as no. 1 shall always be contacted first. If tenderer no. 1 is not able to deliver, the tenderer ranked as no. 2 shall be contacted. If no. 2 is not able to be delivered, the tenderer ranked as no. 3 will be contacted. The contract shall cover the needs of several municipal entities. Buildings c/o the Housing Office, Unit for Integration, Unit for Life Support and Nav are expected to be among the largest users. The order and confirmation shall be sent in writing by email. Coordination of the execution can be taken by telephone.
