Description

This consultation concerns the provision of cleaning services for premises and ground-level glazing in various municipal buildings. This contract is being awarded through an open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Part of the contract will be carried out via a framework agreement with purchase orders, subject to a maximum value, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is awarded to a single contractor. It consists of a contract concluded between the Town of Illzach, the contracting authority, and a single economic operator, the purpose of which is to establish the rules governing purchase orders to be issued during a given period.
