Description
The municipality of Hengelo as contracting authority, wants to contract one contractor for the cleaning of the gym locations under the management of the municipality of Hengelo. Hengelo municipality has chosen to have its gymnasiums partly cleaned by SWB and partly by an external cleaning company. Past experience shows that it is virtually impossible to clean all the gymnasiums managed by the municipality of Hengelo within the requested time frame (6 to 8 in the morning). For this reason, among others, the contract was therefore partly contracted out.
