The subject of the procurement is the purchase of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services for use by Istek. The aim of the procurement contract is to procure Amazon Web Services (hereinafter AWS) public cloud services as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services for use by Istek and its owner-clients. The procurement includes expert services relating to the AWS public cloud service. The subject of the procurement and the relevant requirements are described in detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The Contracting Authority will select one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract is to be used exclusively by Istekki Oy, and the parties to the resulting contract will be solely Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier.
