The project “Management of mooring areas and integration with national processes, and the upgrade of national RIS services and systems” forms part of the “River Information Services Corridor Management Execution 2 (COMEX 2)” initiative - CEF-T-2022-SIMOBGEN-RIS-WORKS, funded through the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). In accordance with its status as a RIS Authority and its extensive experience in this field, the Romanian Naval Authority manages a broad portfolio of RIS services and related maritime services, which are directly relevant to the components covered by this procurement.
