The subject matter of this public contract is the development of the CUL (Central Document Repository) application, consisting primarily of an analysis of the impact of changes to the ArangoDB database licence terms and a pilot test of the transition to PostgreSQL, updating existing and creating new CUL and vCUL methods, a complete overhaul of the PDF API, the delivery of a new administration module containing user information, a technological upgrade of the libraries for cyber security purposes, and the implementation of online editing on the M365 system.
