Delivery of a cyber security system, with the client requesting a ready-made system, not a custom development, including delivery, installation and implementation, including training, delivery of software documentation and provision (enabling) of a test run of the software (PAM - Privileged Access Management, a tool for central access control to applications; UEM - Unified Endpoint Management, a tool for managing and setting up client stations; LOG Management, a system for central log collection, management and evaluation) and the provision of a perpetual licence for the software (hereinafter referred to as "SW" or "software"), the provision of technical support services for the software incl. support services for the manufacturer of the SW (updates and patches of the SW) for a period of five (5) years from the deployment of the productive operation of the SW, as well as the preparation of documentation including the documentation of the
