Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for a supported housing service serving young people with support needs. This contract will be procured through a Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of three years and a possible extension period of up to two years at the Council's discretion. This will be a service providing supported accommodation for young people with support needs. The service will sit within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) young person's supported housing Pathway. The Pathway offers a range of supported accommodation for young people with support needs, aimed at increased independence. The Pathway fits within the wider health and social care system in Lewisham, working closely with Lewisham Children and young people's service. The contract includes the management of five buildings, all of which are owned and manged by a registered social landlord. The tender pack contained building management details in the buildings pack. It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service on 01/04/2027. This Contract is for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of a further two years extension, at the Council's discretion.
