The subject of the contract is the provision of on-demand higher-level support services for security systems operated within the information systems environment of Slovenská pošta, a.s. The system services consist of the administration, maintenance, monitoring, testing and evaluation of security systems within the operational environment of Slovenská pošta, a.s., as well as their potential development. A detailed definition of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Section B.1 ‘Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract’ and Section B.2 ‘Commercial Terms and Conditions for the Provision of the Subject Matter of the Contract’ of these tender documents.
