Description

The subject of the public contract is the design and delivery of a new electronic document management system (eSSL), including the provision of administration and maintenance of the eSSL from the date of its delivery and acceptance (Operation), ensuring the further development and addition of eSSL functionalities in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements (Development) and other services as set out in the draft contract, which forms Annex 3 to the tender documentation. The subject matter of the public contract is further described in detail in the technical specification, which forms Annex 2 to the tender documentation. The technical specification sets out the contracting authority’s requirements regarding the form of the new eSSL solution, its operation and technical support. The requirements cited are supplemented by a list of the contracting authority’s functional and non-functional requirements for the subject matter of the public contract.
