Acord-cadru furnizare de materiale de construcții, piese de schimb și obiecte de inventar de resortul cazarmare – 54 loturi. Procedura implică încheierea/semnarea unor acorduri-cadru de furnizare produse, valabile 24 luni. Data limita de primire a solicitărilor de clarificări: 18 zile înainte de data de depunere a ofertei. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile înainte de data limita stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. Frecvenţa atribuirii contractelor subsecvente va fi: - Primul contract subsecvent va fi de aproximativ 6 luni, valabil până la 31.12.2026; - Al doilea contract subsecvent 01.01.2027 – 31.06.2027; - Al treilea contract subsecvent 01.07.2027 – 31.12.2027; - Al patrulea contract subsecvent 01.01.2028 – 30.06.2028.
