Description
Une première consultation, 25 CMAR 01-01, a été lancée en 2025 et comprenait 33 lots. La présente consultation concerne les lots déclarés infructueux lors de cette procédure initiale et en reprend la numérotation. Les denrées sont désormais réparties en 18 lots, chacun faisant l'objet d'un marché distinct, sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. Les denrées alimentaires sont destinées à être utilisées par les établissements de la CMA CVL pour les besoins suivants : - La confection de repas de restauration collective (CFA36 et CFA37) - L'utilisation en tant que matières d'oeuvre dans le cadre de formations aux métiers de bouche et de l'hôtellerie restauration dispensées dans les quatre CFA et éventuellement dans les 6 CMA et au siège - Activités autres des établissements (manifestations, réceptions par exemple)
