Description
The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 blade server and the relevant software licences. A detailed description of the required configuration and quantities is set out in Annex 1 to the contract, entitled: Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority notes that the blade server must be fully compatible with the existing Dell PowerEdge MX7000 chassis (Service Tag JTMQS44). As part of the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires: • the supply of original and new equipment, • the provision of confirmation from the manufacturer or an authorised distribution partner that the hardware supplied is intended for the market of the European Union or the Czech Republic, originates from an official distribution channel, is eligible for full manufacturer support in the Czech Republic, and complies with the applicable technical and legal requirements of the European Union and the Czech Republic, • the provision of software licences in accordance with the specifications set out
