Czechia – Information technology services – Portal solution for the registration of parking permits (PPMO)

Description

The contracting authority is seeking to modernise its various areas of responsibility through digitalisation. One of these areas is the City of Olomouc’s parking policy (hereinafter also referred to as ‘PPMO’). At present, the geographical scope of the parking policy applies only to two parking zones (A and B). As part of the planned extension to include zones C and D (including their sub-areas), it is also necessary to amend and strengthen the existing part of the PPMO that deals with the registration of parking permits. The contracting authority has therefore decided to procure services for a new, modern system for the registration of parking permits; these services will optimise the speed of processing for members of the public, ensure integration with government registers, integration with other PPMO systems for more efficient processing of transferred data, and a modern graphical user interface in line with current trends
