Norway – Interpretation services – Procurement of interpretation services

Description

Innlandet County Authority has, in several connections, a need for one service provider of interpretation services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a renewed framework agreement to cover the contracting authority ́s need for speech language interpretation services (hereafter referred to as interpretation services), all significant telephone interpretation, but also within meeting interpretation and remote interpretation via video (Teams, Zoom, etc.). This involves communication of oral language from Norwegian to the interpreter language and the other way around. Inland County is subject to the Public Bodies Act ́s responsibility for the use of interpreters etc. (the Interpretation Act). The assignment quantity is 2000 - 2,500 assignments per annum, of which approx. 95% are telephone interpretation.
