Cleaning and maintenance services for municipal buildings in the town of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The procurement procedure used is an open tender, subject to the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2(1) and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). Single-supplier framework agreement to be implemented in accordance with the conditions laid down pursuant to Articles L2125-1(1), R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, with no minimum value but a maximum value, and without reopening the competition when placing purchase orders. Maximum value of the framework agreement: Period 1: 400,000 euros (excl. VAT) Period 2: 200,000 euros (excl. VAT) Period 3: 200,000 euros excluding VAT. The contract shall take effect from 1 February 2027 for an initial term of 2 years. It is renewable twice
