Description
The contract was awarded through a joint procurement arrangement, established in accordance with Article L2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code, comprising the Normandy Region, the departments of Calvados, Eure, Manche, Orne and Seine-Maritime, and the inter-municipal associations Manche Numérique and Seine-Maritime Numérique. The coordinator of the consortium is the Normandy Region. The framework agreement will be implemented through the issue of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately.
