The subject of the procurement is hot meals and lunch packs in accordance with the cost breakdown and technical specifications attached. The procurement is funded by the Home Help programme, intended for social care clients whose entitlement to home help has been established by a decision of the Centre for Social Care, and for citizens who pay for the service themselves.
