Description

The services will be provided on the basis of fixed unit prices. As part of the reopening of the Cézanne sites in June 2026, it is planned to set up autonomous, high-quality tours of these sites, without systematic recourse to compulsory guided tours, so as to increase visitor capacity and diversify the methods of mediation by adapting them to the different audiences. To achieve this, it is necessary to use an audio guide system with a fleet of physical videoguides (in limited numbers) and the development and/or provision of a mobile application that can be downloaded onto a personal smartphone using a PWA system. The system will have to be adapted to a high level of annual visitor numbers, be scalable and meet the needs of the public.
