Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy, Kymenlaakson Sähköverkko Oy, PKS Sähkönsiirto Oy ja Savon Voima Verkko Oy (The Purchasers) procure the 110/20 kV and 110/10 kV power transformers of the electricity distribution network as a joint procurement. The procurement is divided into four parts, where each purchaser makes an independent procurement decision and contract by selecting those that meet the requirements of the request for tenders among the offers, the cheapest in terms of evaluation price for its own sub-area. The procurement includes the power transformers with oil and equipment, deliveries from the factory to the foundations specified by the Customer, import, hauling and freight costs and acceptance tests performed at the Supplier's factory. In addition, the purchase includes Assembly and installation work for the final location, as well as testing and trial operation according to the program. Also the planning of the assembly and installation work, the necessary drawings, instructions and test protocols documented and, in addition, the Customer's personnel training are part of procurement delivery. The Purchasers make procurement contracts for the year 2028-2029 season. The total number of power transformers to be procured during the contract period is 12 pcs. In addition, the possibility of ordering an additional 6 units under the option. The estimated total value of the procurement excluding VAT is 12,6 M€.
