Description

The contracting authority is seeking services for the development and implementation of IT platforms for the project ‘Development of advanced technologies to ensure cyber security, through malware detection and analysis platforms and applications – the APT-AV Platform’. Any requests for clarification must be submitted via SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days within which clarifications may be requested prior to the deadline for submission of tenders: In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority shall set the deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, and by which it shall respond to all requests for clarification or information.
