Telematic open procedure to be carried out pursuant to Articles 25 and 71 of D.L.gs, no. 36/2023 for the awarding of the service of reception, optical image acquisition, registration, accounting management and pharmacy disputes, cancellation, archiving and disposal of pharmaceutical prescriptions, management and control of distribution on account, management, flow processing and control of therapeutic plans relating to the prescription of liquid oxygen, including an integrated Web Information System for a period of three years, with possible continuation for a maximum period of two years and with the option to avail of the option pursuant to art. 120, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and ss.mm.ii..
