The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide qualified temporary staff to carry out coffee break, cocktail and bar service duties, primarily at the Couvent des Jacobins. * It is concluded, unless there is a shortage of candidates, with three economic operators. * When a need arises, the purchaser shall first contact the successful tenderer whose bid was ranked first.
