Description

The scope of the contract is the provision of cleaning services. The Client expects the Contractor to act as a professional and proactive partner in ensuring a clean site and a safe environment in which to stay, work and live. The Contractor must demonstrate insight and flexibility. This means, for example, that the Contractor is able to think ahead and adjust the sequence of tasks when a different order is more appropriate at a given time. The Contractor must also adopt a service-oriented attitude and show respect towards the target group. The Client wishes to enter into a Contract based on action-oriented/best-efforts work programmes.
