The subject matter of this contract (Sub-project 1) is the implementation of a series of digital transformation measures for the Municipality, which will enable it to make the ‘digital leap’ and gradually transform into a ‘smart city’, which is environmentally friendly and citizen-centred, capable of ensuring sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life for residents and businesses in the area. The actions have been selected from the marketplace of the relevant call for proposals, ‘Digital Transformation of Local Authorities’, are fully in line with the Municipality’s digital strategy, and are listed below: 1. Smart pedestrian crossings and disabled-friendly facilities (action code 4) 2. Municipal cemetery management system and digitisation of records (action code 12) 3. Electronic system for the management and organisation of administration and operational capacity
