Description
The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction and building modifications of the former pavilion school premises for new use as an innovation and business centre of the Ústí nad Labem Region, including demolition of selected buildings and connecting necks, complete reconstruction of four existing pavilions including two extensions, one side extension and an extension between two buildings, conversion of two gymnasiums into conference halls with facilities, construction of transport and parking infrastructure including charging stations, landscaping of outdoor areas and the park, as well as provision of grounds for the management of the DTM according to Decree No. 393/2020 Coll. and the implementation of the BIM method (DIMS, CDE, BEP).
