Nordland county would like to enter into a two year framework agreement with a supplier of paper/plastic and catering products for professional use. The contract can be extended for up to 2 years, one year at a time. The competition will be held as a pure price competition. The objective is to achieve a fixed discount per product group. In order to get comparable figures, the attached spreadsheet must be filled in with indicative prices and product group discount.
