Netherlands – Software packages and information systems – Competence Management System (VMS)

Description

The Contracting Authority, also on behalf of the participating organisations, wishes to enter into a Contract with a single Contractor and is therefore seeking a Contractor capable of supplying a Dutch-language SaaS professional competence management system (VMS) together with the associated services: implementation and ongoing management/maintenance, including support for data migration, the creation of integrations, training and documentation, management processes, testing/acceptance, a helpdesk, and the assurance of business continuity and privacy/security. The scope of the contract covers approximately 1,850 licences over a period of 10 years. The figures quoted are indicative/estimated and do not confer any rights on the Tenderer.
