Description
The subject of the Public Contract is the use of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 (hereinafter referred to as "M365"), which consists of Office 365 E3/E5 and Windows 11 Enterprise E3/E5 per user (hereinafter referred to as "SW"). In order to ensure the standardisation of the IT operating environment and to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions for the acquisition of licences for the relevant Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited computer programs, located at Atrium Building Block B, Carmenhall Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, Ireland ("the Manufacturer"), the need arises for the Procuring Entity to renew the user entitlements for Microsoft software products for a further period. The subject of the Public Contract is to renew the Procuring Entity's acquisition of user rights to the Manufacturer's software in the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'MPSA') as per the attachment to the tender document
