The subject matter of the contract is the author's supervision and servicing of the hospital HIS system under the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract provisions as per appendix 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in appendixes no. 1, 2 to SWZ. Reasons for not dividing into parts: The procedure is covered by the supervision and technical service of the hospital HIS system. It is not possible to divide the contract into parts. The Contracting Authority has refrained from dividing the contract into parts due to the nature of the service, which constitutes an inseparable technological whole.
