Norway – Snow-clearing services – 2026 Service contract for winter operations VEG

Description

Trondheim municipality c/o Trondheim city operations, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for contracts for winter operation on municipal roads and roads in Trondheim municipality. The procurement is for contracts for winter maintenance on municipal roads, pavements, foot and cycle paths, parking areas and other areas in accordance with the municipality ́s zone map. The contracting authority has divided the procurement into 11 sub-contracts (zones). This has been done in order to stimulate competition and facilitate for both large and small tenderers to submit tenders in accordance with the municipality ́s procurement strategy. The contracting authority would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations and ensure a winter operation standard in accordance with Trondheim municipality ́s guidelines.
