Description

The Rotterdam Association for Catholic Education (RVKO) contracts out the cleaning services for its schools on a European basis. The contract covers the daily and periodic cleaning of teaching and support locations, including floor maintenance, window cleaning (inside and outside), occasional facade cleaning and, for some of the locations, the supply of sanitary items. The RVKO aims for a professional, reliable and sustainable service with demonstrable quality in accordance with VSR methodology and KPIs, clear communication structures, careful transition and flexibility in case of changes in size and participation of schools.
