Description
The purpose of the procurement is the provision of technical support services for Oracle software products owned by SNN SA, as well as on-demand technical support and maintenance services for the same software products, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications CR#45787 Rev. 01. The total duration of the contract will be 49 months*) and the actual duration of service provision will be 48 months. Note: *) The actual duration of the Contract will be determined based on the date on which the Contract is signed by the parties, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Specifications (point 5) regarding the start date of the services, namely from 25 January 2027, to ensure the continuity of technical support.
