Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, support and modification services for the Ministry’s defined Internet Portals (PIM). 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) is contained in: Annex 1a to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) – maintenance services, Annex 1b to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) – migration services, Annex 1c to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) – support services, Annex 1d to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) – defined change service. A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose tender is deemed the most advantageous, on the terms set out in the PPU.
