Irado currently has an agreement with Axoft IT & Telecom B.V. for the provision of office automation services. This agreement covers the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, workstation management and helpdesk support. The current agreement expires on 31 March 2027, meaning that Irado must launch a new tendering process in good time to ensure the continuity of service provision. During the term of the current contract, it has become apparent that improvements are desirable in several areas. In particular, in the areas of contract management, service desk quality, availability, knowledge retention, on-site support and cyber security, there is a need for improved arrangements and closer substantive cooperation with the contractor.
