The subject of the public procurement "Improvement of the national emergency communications system 112" covers the construction of an entirely new system for emergency communications reception and resource management to the emergency response services, based on a unified communications and information platform, which includes the supply of hardware, software and licenses, in order to implement a single, integrated, next-generation 112 software platform in accordance with internationally recognised EU and European Emergency Number Association (EENA) standards.
