Upon request, the contractors shall carry out various cleaning services, such as stairwell, removal, construction and office cleaning, cleaning of laundry rooms and premises (including cleaning at height), spot cleaning/decontamination, floor care, and the clearing out and storage of flats and storage rooms within LKF’s properties in the municipality of Lund. The contract supplements LKF’s own in-house cleaning services.
