Description

The KID intends to invite tenders for a framework agreement, which will then be concluded between the bidder with the most economically favourable offer in accordance with the award criteria and the KID. The subject of the tendered service is the procurement of services for the digitisation of the files of the state capital Magdeburg in full compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and on the condition that the files and their digitised copies do not leave the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany at any time. Last year, the Foreigners' Registration Office (ABH) of the State Capital of Magdeburg initiated a project entitled "Digitisation of files of the Foreigners' Registration Office of the State Capital of Magdeburg" to digitise the entire file inventory in compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
